Building Confidence & Creative Expression as a Naked Voice Facilitator

If you have already participated in one NVF 5 Day Training and decide that you do want to commit to further training we invite you to register for this weekend.

This weekend is solely for NVF Trainees and prospective graduates, to build commitment, confidence, self-determination and community together and explore the NV practices and skills with much more focus together too. Masashi plans to join us too to sharpen up your energy movement practices which are such an essential part of the facilitator process.

Come build the Singing Fields of London in this exciting new choral project.

Our aim in this new Choral Training is to build a sanctuary of sound in the heart of London. Through the creation of ‘singing fields’, unique meeting places, beyond the boundaries of culture and creed, individuals and groups can gather and re-create community together. Sharing oneness within diversity, we will open the heart, inspiring the highest of sound human values – harmony, co-operation and compassion.

The Third Naked Voice International Gathering will provide you with an all-inclusive and joyous singing experience – personal and collective – catalysed by your authentic voice inspired by the seven sounds of love, and other essential vocal practices.You will meet like-minded people and share the contemplative, creative and compassionate communication skills,
unique to the Naked Voice core vocal practices. The human singing voice is a catalyst for inner-outer transformation. Its soulful melodies and moods, its
rhythm, timbre, pitch, volume, range and resonance all reveal subtle ways to navigate the polarities of our nature with creativity, courage and loving presence. Deep non-judgemental listening is the way to it, leading us from self-consciousness into sound awareness and inner stillness.

The Naked Voice methodology is becoming a powerful catalyst for the creation of ‘sound values’, conscious leadership and caring relationships in all areas of life. You will leave the weekend with new skills to express yourself in ways you never imagined possible, changing the resonance of your Life, and creating sound foundations for a new world era.

The venue takes about 65 and we expect to fill up for this joyful celebration for newcomers and experienced practitioners, so book soon!

Some en-suite rooms are available as singles with additional single supplement payment: £90 for 5 days, £120 for 7 days. Otherwise rooms are on a twin en-suite basis.

The Naked Voice Training is an opportunity for everyone, including prospective NV facilitators, to have an in-depth experience of this ground-breaking work.
NV facilitator trainees then embark upon a Five Stage journey into the power of sound as a spiritual practice for everyday life. The NV Annual retreat is central for those wishing to become Naked Voice facilitators in the world. It is supported throughout the year by ongoing mentoring, master classes and skills sharing
workshops with the Naked Voice Facilitator graduates (www.theNVFA.org), leading to a way of service as a Naked Voice facilitator in the world.

The Naked Voice Training methodology focuses on the integration of three realms of communication – contemplative, creative and compassionate – through a process of deep non-judgemental listening and self-inquiry. Participants learn to express themselves across a wide spectrum of human feeling – spoken, sung and silent – leading to the creation of conscious caring relationships, and the ability to embody positive human values. Naked Voice trainees study a range of meditative movement, sound and vocal practices
rooted in the following skills:

Contemplative listening skills: Calming your mind, listening and observing yourself andd others without negative judgement
Creative listening skills: Opening and expressing your heart without fear
Compassionate listening skills: Transforming negative emotion into deeper positive human feeling.

The Naked Voice Training balances structured vocal practices, with times of silence and opportunities for free expression. Practitioners work alone, in small and large groups. The day includes energy movement followed by silent meditation on the healing breath, the practice of mantra, chant; and musical chakra work; leading to freer expression, improvisation, and musicianship practices exploring the seven musical modes as emotional moods, the musical octave as a journey from the root to the crown of consciousness, the singing field triads, indigenous healing songs, song writing, mystical love song, ecstatic poetry, and more.
