The Seven Sounds of Love gives you a direct connection with the vibration and resonance of your true sound. These seven Sanskrit sounds access the seven levels of consciousness from THE ROOT TO THE CROWN OF THE BODY — SA(root) RE(sacrum) GA(solar plexus) MA(heart) PA(throat) DHA(third eye) NI (back of head) SA(crown).
These mantric sounds reveal new ways in which we can bring awareness, creativity and compassion to our everyday life and relationships, as a transformative and fearless music.
Known as the 'saptak' or seven steps, these musical sounds sourced from Eastern music, have been my 'lovers' over many years of researching the power of voice and sound to transform consciousness. Once you can feel the power of these sounds inside you, the ascending and descending stream of your life force flows freely again. Your wisdom song will spontaneously sing through you. Sounding in this way enables you to explore your inner depths with compassion.
Chloë introduces the sounds, with listening, meditation practices and movements that enable you to truly embody them. These magical seven sounds open immensities in the soul, awakening the heart, inspiring deep songs and musical moods that transform your negative emotions into positive human feeling.
This workshop introduces you to ways of integrating your instinctual, intuitive and intellectual fields of perception into a unified awareness. Through these 7 levels of consciousness we enter the majesty and sovereignty of the human spirit. You will find yourself giving voice in ways you never imagined possible.
This workshop is available for singers and non-singers alike.
All welcome. Come and enjoy!
