Following the direction of Hiroyuki Aoki, the founder of Shintaido (New Body Way), Masashi has researched and taught this martial art form for 30 years. Shintaido is internationally recognised as embodying the healing arts, movement and sound, in ways which combine Eastern spirituality with Western creative expression. A master of listening, Nicholas has turned 30 years experience of rhythmic awareness and performance into a unique form integrating different styles from indigenous traditions around the world.
